Among all things I am certainly a busy woman. This semester I took 18 hours while also handling two jobs, in addition to my extra curricular activities. I am saying this to justify why I have not posted  anything. Since my last post I have searched for different bakeries and donuts to review. I am currently working on finding more coffee places. If you know of quality coffee places, please comment the name and location and I will try to review and critique them. Once donut place that I tend to frequent, and by frequent I mean I'm there at least six times a week is the original Dunkin' Donuts franchise. I firmly believe that Dunkin' Donuts has the best iced coffee in all of America  (and I have  not yet been proven wrong). So I decided to grab a maple frosted donut. I think that the maple frosted donut is by far one of the best donuts offered at Dunkin' Donuts. Hola all! Today begans the journey into exploring my two true loves donuts and coffee! Nothing really compares to it. In all honesty it is probably a problem but I digress. This blog is an guide for determining the best overall donut or doughnut. I am determined to try all the donut places in Kentucky eventually. Starting with Richmond, KY and traveling around the entire state. With your recommendations I will start by tasting the donuts in major chain donut places. It is often very rare that a place have both amazing coffee and the perfect donut. Ultimately, I will find the best donuts, and then the best coffee.  Donuts will be based on four things : icing to dough ratio, fluffiness or softness of the donut, overall taste and donut variety. Coffee will be based on four things   : strength of coffee, overall taste, cost and variety (iced, cold-brew, espresso etc.) Get ready to embark with me one what will potentially be the most delicious blog ever.
